Britannia IT has worked with the Phoenix Hotel group since its formation back in 2020, we already provide the Wi-Fi, Telecoms and Internet solution for the Phoenix Hotel in Anfield, so when the directors told us they were opening a second bigger hotel in the City Centre, we were excited to see how we can help them deliver the same outstanding, secure, connectivity service to the clients.
As a 32-room hotel over 2 floors, with 2 communal spaces, the specification provided to Britannia IT was for us to deliver a service that gives complete high-speed connectivity across the whole hotel.
Britannia IT worked with local broadband provider Baltic Broadband to deliver Gigabit internet to the property, we then installed the latest WiFi 6 Professional Access Points and over 100 CAT6 Data Points throughout the hotel to ensure that every user who connects to the WiFi gets the full benefit of the gigabit connection.
We also procured and installed computers for the reception and management offices, as well as a hosted VOIP Phone System
