As the festive season draws near, we’re all looking forward to spending time with our loved ones and recharging for the new year ahead. We wanted to take a moment to share our holiday schedule with you.

Holiday Closure:

Britannia IT will be closing for the Christmas break on Friday, 22nd of December at 5 PM. This means that our office will not be available for regular services after this time. We encourage our clients to reach out to us with any urgent needs or questions before this date to ensure we can assist you in a timely manner. You can of course raise support tickets by emailing support@britanniait.co.uk

On-Call Support:

Understanding that IT needs don’t take a holiday, we will have an on-call team available on the 27th, 28th and 29th. This team will be dedicated to addressing any critical issues that might arise during this period.

Back to Business:

We will be returning to the office rejuvenated and ready to kickstart the new year on Tuesday 2nd January 2024. We’re excited to continue our partnership and support your IT needs in 2024.
